    The car park you go into depends on the direction from which you approach.

    Please follow the event road signs.

    Please allow sufficient time for your journey. Parking restrictions may apply. Be prepared to queue on access and egress.

Health & Safety

  • Please contact a staff member (wearing high visibility clothing). The lost/found child point will be at the Medical tent.

  • For disabled parking follow the event road signage. Please display your blue badge. We cannot just accept your word that you are in need of assisted parking. These spaces are limited and on a first come basis.

    We have 4 accessible toilets onsite too.

  • We have a great variety of food traders and we would love for you to support them. Food for medical reasons is permitted however picnics are not. Alcohol may not be brought into the event; this includes the car parks. As part of the terms and conditions anyone found with alcohol may have it confiscated. Alcohol is available inside the event from the bars.

  • Due to the nature of the event, animals are not permitted. However, service animals on leads are allowed.

  • Safety is paramount at the event, which is why the event organisers engage the services of an independent fully qualified fire service to help monitor fire safety.

    The fire service is authorised to dispose of personal fireworks/sparklers.

  • The event organisers engage the services of independent and qualified first aid contractor.

Tickets & Refunds

  • In the interest of safety, we must ensure the venue does not exceed it safety capacity; every person therefore requires a ticket. Tickets for Under 5’s are subject to a booking fee only.

  • Tickets should be bought in advance as tickets may not be available to purchase on the night due to attendee numbers reaching maximum capacity.

  • We would encourage you not to print your ticket. Tickets can be scanned from your phone or other device upon entry. If you wish to print your ticket, you may do so.

  • There will be two amazing fireworks displays, a spectacular bonfire, and a music act to be announced very soon. Fire performers and other acts will also be entertaining you.

    Fees apply to other attractions.

Fireworks & Bonfire

  • Yes, rain won’t stop play.

    The only time the fireworks won’t be lit is if the firework provider deems it unsafe (usually very strong winds).

    If safety dictates, the event will be postponed, no refunds will be issued, as per the Event Terms and Conditions.

    It is hoped for a dry clear evening. It is advisable to wear suitable warm clothing and footwear.

  • There may be matters beyond our control that we are addressing which have an impact on the event schedule. Safety is absolute paramount, and it may be necessary for a short delay.

  • The bonfire is built using clean wood. It is built to ensure when burning, it collapses inwards.

    Prior and during burning, the bonfire is constantly managed by event staff and our independent fire service.

    Dependent on the weather conditions, we may in the interest of safety not light the bonfire or we may ask the visitors to move to one side until the embers reduce.

    A large safety perimeter is always in place to ensure visitor safety and radiant heat issues are addressed.

    In the interest of safety, no items must be thrown on the bonfire.

What to Bring

  • Yes, you can, please refrain from sitting in a main pedestrian route.

  • The event is held at Quex Park and is in a field; therefore, the ground conditions are dependent on the weather conditions at the time. Wellington boots are always advisable.

What Not to Bring

  • Sorry, no. In the interest of public safety drones are not permitted to be flown at the event or in the car parks. Illegally operated drones are punishable by fine (up to £5,000).

  • Can I bring my own fireworks?

    Sorry, no. In the interest of safety, personal fireworks/sparklers are not permitted. Please do not use them in the Car Parks but take them home and enjoy them there.

  • Sorry, no. Food concessions are available, selling a good variety of different dishes. We endeavour to cater for all food requirements where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. Food for medical reasons will be permitted, please speak to security upon arrival.

  • In the interest of safety, no sparklers will be allowed at the event. The event fire service and staff are authorised to confiscate sparklers if found within venue/car park.
